Travel tips!
Park at one of the Duty Free parking lots located at the Last USA Exit in San Ysidro, walk across the border, and take a cab to Villa Saverios. If the cab driver doesn't know the restaurant, say La Espadana en la zona gastronomia, they should know where that is, and it's located in the same corner lot as Villa Saverios.
Cabs will be available upon leaving Villa Saverios, ask to be taken to la linea, or the line.
Passports are required to return to the US.
Dress up, Villa Saverios is an upscale restaurant, but Tijuana style.Men-suits, or nice jeans with a dress shirt, woman-dresses, or nice jeans and a club style blouse.
This sounds beyond terrific. Wish I could go!
